About ClickSolveTools
ClickSolveTools is a free collection of 327 calculators, converters, generators and file tools in 15 categories. The tools run in your web browser, so what you type into them and the files you open are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
Who runs ClickSolveTools
ClickSolveTools is owned and operated by TPS Worldwide LLC (tpsworldwidellc.net).
The ClickSolveTools Editorial Team is the TPS Worldwide LLC team behind the site. The team researches, builds and reviews the tools, and writes and reviews the guides on our blog. We publish under the team name rather than individual bylines, and the team is responsible for everything on the site.
What the site is for
ClickSolveTools is for the quick jobs that come up in everyday life and work: checking a loan payment before you talk to a lender, scaling a recipe, working out how much paint a room needs, tidying a block of JSON, merging two PDFs or shrinking a photo before you email it.
Open a tool, get your answer and move on. Every tool is free to use, there is nothing to install and no account to create, and the tools work on phones, tablets and computers in any modern browser.
How we build and check the tools
These are the checks we use for new and updated tools. We are reviewing the existing tools against them, starting with the tax and payroll calculators.
- Named, authoritative sources. Formulas and figures come from sources you can check yourself: the IRS and the Social Security Administration for tax and payroll numbers, the World Health Organization, the American Heart Association, NIH and peer-reviewed formulas for health measures, NIST and international standards bodies for units and measurements, and the official specifications and documentation for developer tools. We list them on our Data Sources page.
- Tested with worked examples. Our standard is to check a tool against examples worked out by hand and against examples published by the source, and to try awkward inputs such as zero, negative and very large numbers. Many tool guides show a worked example that uses the tool's default inputs, so you can check the result yourself.
- Reviewed and updated. Our standard is to update figures that change every year, such as tax brackets, retirement contribution limits and the Social Security wage base, when the agencies publish new numbers. Our standard is that pages which depend on yearly figures say which year they apply to. When we find an error, or someone reports one, we fix it and test the tool again.
Our Editorial Policy explains our sourcing, testing, independence and corrections standards in full.
Your privacy, in plain terms
- Your inputs and files stay in your browser. Tools do their work with JavaScript on your device. What you type into a tool and the files you open are not uploaded to our servers.
- Some tools remember your work on your device. Tools such as the notepad, to-do list, timers and some settings save your own data in your browser's local storage so it is still there next time. It stays on that device, and clearing your browser's data for this site removes it.
- Analytics only if you allow it. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people use. It loads with analytics storage switched off, sets cookies and records your visits only after you allow it in the cookie banner, and until then sends Google only a cookieless page-view signal (our Privacy Policy explains what it contains). If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a rejection.
- Some providers see your IP address. Our pages load code libraries from cdnjs.cloudflare.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net, and Google's tag from googletagmanager.com. When a page loads, those providers receive your IP address and browser details. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare processes the request logs.
- No accounts, no mailing list, nothing sold. There is no signup, no newsletter and no contact form, and we do not sell personal information. We do not show ads at this time. If that changes, we will update our privacy policy before any ads are added.
The full details are in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You can change your analytics choice at any time.
Information, not advice
Our tools and guides are for general information and education. Results are estimates based on the inputs you enter and the assumptions stated on each page. They are not financial, tax, legal or medical advice, so check important decisions with a qualified professional.
Found a mistake? Tell us
If a tool gives a result you think is wrong, or a figure looks out of date, email support@tpsworldwidellc.net. Include the page address, the numbers or settings you entered, and the result you expected.
Our Contact page lists what else helps us check a report, and our corrections policy explains what happens next.
